Life coaching is about helping you achieve your goals to allow you to live your best life whilst going through perimenopause or menopause. Life coaching is completely tailored to you and what you need to get the old you back.
It's not scary - it's like a conversation with your best friend to help you to work out what you need to do to make a change. I don't tell you what you need to do - I ask questions and understand you, to help you decide how you can make changes that suit you and your lifestyle.
So many people find anxiety is an issue for them. People who were confident lose that. People who had high flying jobs don't feel able to cope anymore. People who were happy in social situations begin to avoid them.... Does this sound like you? Life coaching can help you understand what has changed, and what strategies you can use to get back to how you used to be...
You were happy go lucky before and now, you could cheerfully strangle your partner for breathing...
We can help you understand the anger and give you tools and techniques to deal with it. We can help you understand your triggers and think about how you manage the responses
We don't tell you to diet - life coaching helps you look at the things you can do to manage weight gain and help you unlock ways of living that work for you.
We can talk through practical things you can do and ways you can make a change by helping you understand any triggers which might mean you are struggling more than you need to.
There are some things you might not want to talk to your best friend about - feeling unattractive and old is maybe one of them. Our sessions are all confidential, we don't judge and will listen to you and help you find ways to make a change and feel more like you again.
There's a ton of advice and support and medical information about getting HRT out there. We don't duplicate that.
Our sessions would help you use that knowledge, apply it to your circumstances and prepare for a conversation with your GP to get what you need to support you through perimenopause and menopause.
Always been the proactive one, planning things and making lists and organising your family? Has that changed and you have little interest or motivation in things going on around you?
